Location, good price, shutter service (though not that necessary as it is walkable to BTS). Breakfast is superb - the chef changes a few dishes every breakfast. Pls not - your website says 2 singles , 1 double but room has a double (queen) and 1 single (super). The hotels gives a single bed FOC but guest may not know. May be good you state that in your website. All in all, thanks. We had a great time and being at RPH was definitely part of it.
I do have some reservations about going back or recommending RPH to my friends for these reasons : 1. The air-con broke down, some lights were not working and the water went from warm to cold (on the last day). 2. The receptionists were very courteous and helpful but not knowledgable about Bangkok to give useful advise to visitors to Bangkok. 3. We could not get our Iphones to work throughout out 3 days at th hotel. We were given new pass-words for 2 days. It was only on the last day, when my friend went to ask at the reception that we were told the Wifi could not work on iphones at your hotel. This has wasted alot of time waiting and failing to get in contact with people overseas. It could have been avioded if we were told from the start. Having said all that, I will still consider returning to your hotel in future (i would travel to Bangkok 2-3 times a year with different friends). I have given these feedback for general improvement.

What they don't tell you
My stay included a wonderful upgrade to a spacious Kingston suite, impressively clean and well-equipped with in-room amenities. The location struck a perfect balance. Just enough away from the action for peace, yet close to famous local eateries. Staff were cute and the rooms were cleaned daily.

Perfect location. Internet is available for free at the breakfast room and at the lobby.
The door man are bad, they told me the shopping center i wanted to go was closed (because they wanted me to go with their "taxi driver friend" to another shopping center where they make commission). I stayed at the Junior Suite and that is in another building and I had to walk about 200meters to go to the reception. The reception girls are NOT friendly. The breakfast room is too small. The swimming pool doesn't get much sun. The lighting switches and airco switches are distributed in different places within the room and it's difficult to find them.

We arrived at the hotel at around 7.30 in the morning and since we were a family with three kids the hotel staff was good enough to give us the room immidiately not making us wait till the check in time..thank you we appreciate that.
The pictures that we saw of hotel on the internet the hotel was not upto that standard the rooms were old and were not that clean the carpet had a wired smell.

Greatly enjoyed my awesome stay of 9 nights. The hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, right by Bangkok, plenty of massage places around and Times Square shopping malls. And it's at a medium distance from Mezbaan Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious family junior suite equipped with a kitchenette. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok's shopping and entertainment district. Plus.
It was quite cramped. It would also help for families if there were more activities specifically for kids.

location is good in the heart of the city but away from the trafic and noise -
A classic example of false advertising – we booked this hotel basically for three reasons – space for us and the family – facility in the room particularly washing and drying machine ( paid 320USD for washing and drying services outside the hotel ) and stove which indicates in the booking details that it includes kitchen accessories – none of these were available , and Cleanliness. And upon addressing this issue with the reception , they said they are not responsible about what Booked.net mentions in the advertising but these services they don’t provide. Our kids have a picky eating habits and we depends on such facility to cater to these habits , we end up spending a great time of our vacation just to find a decent meal which can suit our kids , and in Bangkok there are very few restaurants which cater to such meals . 2-The Facilities were very old, drawers don’t open, the safe does not work, and the bathroom had fungus all over the edges of the bath tub and on the ceramics. 3-The TV channels they work one day and another day no signal for hours. 4-The Breakfast menu is extremely poor – mostly Indian and Thai cuisine, and these also were very poorly selected – eggs and jam – no any kind of chees or fruits. 5-Towels are allowed once per day, if you seek to replace the towels during the day – we had to pay for it. Any extra utilities are paid for like an extra below or blanket. In general, if we had the chance to cancel and move from this hotel we have done so same day, but very few hotels were to be found at that time which can cater to families at a reasonable price. Booked.net should be very careful of what they advertise as facilities in the rooms, we were booking most of our trip throughout Booked.net for several years now, but this time it was extremely disappointing - if the Hotel is not responsible about the advertising made by Booked.net, I have no idea from where Booked.net provide the information’s about these hotels and their facilities.
